Welcome to Munrex. We sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
As all our products are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment was successful but the digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You no longer need the product.
- You failed to read the product description before purchasing.
- You are unable to use the product due to lack of required software, device compatibility, or technical knowledge.
